Matilda Jr. - The Musical Inglewood Theatre reviews
Breaking Through
The overall show was very good. My friend and I, due to an overcrowded dinner at a local restaurant, got to the arena late. Missed "Rawkfist" by Thousand Foot Krutch. The audio on the lead singer's microphone for Red's performance was terrible (and I'm being very polite). Chevelle was good, but I felt like they should have had a much longer set. I thought that Pete (lead singer) was holding back quite a bit. Was glad they played "Well Enough Alone" and, of course, "The Red". Matilda Jr. - The Musical came out on fire! The mic action was terrible once again, however. Benjamin actually had to pull the microphone back onto the stage at one point to keep it from screaming. Starting with "I Will Not Bow", stuttered with lighting for effect. There was tons of feedback and the guitars almost drowned out the vocals. Anyhow, the were awesome and by far the best of the night. Just couldn't ask for better guitar sound, better vocals. Spend the money and enjoy the show if you like these bands.
